My name is Emmanuel. I'm a university student, and I also work at a coffee shop.
Today, I want to tell you about my healthy and unhealthy habits.
I'm a very active person. I always walk to my classes. I sometimes ride my bike to nearby places, and I usually go cycling on Sundays. I also love sports. I often play basketball in the evenings after class and on Saturdays.
I also try to make healthy eating choices, but it's sometimes difficult because I'm usually too busy to cook. I often eat out for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. I try to order balanced meals, but my meals aren't always healthy. I eat a lot of pizza and pasta. I also sometimes order junk food like hamburgers and fries. I love sweets, so I sometimes eat dessert after dinner too.
I drink a lot of water every day, and I don't drink much alcohol on weekdays. I sometimes drink wine when I go out with my friends on the weekend. But I never smoke because I don't like cigarettes.
I rarely get a good night's sleep because I have to wake up early every day for work, and sometimes I have to stay up late studying for school. I often feel stressed from work and school, but I usually sleep in and relax on my days off.
Overall, balancing work and school is not always easy, but I do my best to take care of myself.
Now it's your turn. How often do you exercise? What are some of your healthy habits? What are some of your unhealthy habits?
