📝 Transcript 📝

Hi, my name is Yuki. I want to tell you about my eating habits.

For breakfast, I usually have some toast and eggs. I often eat some fruit and drink a cup of coffee.

For lunch, I often eat rice, a lot of vegetables, and some fish or chicken. I don’t eat much red meat because I don’t like it very much.

I usually drink a lot of water during the day. I also like to have some tea in the afternoon. I don’t drink any soda because it has a lot of sugar.

For dinner, I usually have some rice, tofu, soup, and vegetables. I don’t eat many desserts, but sometimes I have some ice cream.

I don’t drink much alcohol, but I sometimes have some wine when I go out with my friends on the weekends.

I think it’s important to eat healthy, but we should also enjoy our favorite foods and drinks sometimes.

Now it’s your turn. What foods do you eat a lot of? What drinks do you drink a lot of? What foods and drinks do you not have a lot of?
