🎯 What Can You Do at C2?

At the C2 level, you're a true master of the language. You can:

  • Reformulate ideas in different linguistic forms, precisely conveying nuances, emphasis, and eliminating ambiguity.

  • Command idiomatic expressions and colloquialisms naturally, using them to express your thoughts with accuracy.

  • Maintain grammatical control of complex language, even while multitasking, such as planning ahead or monitoring others’ reactions.

  • Express yourself spontaneously and fluently, with a natural, colloquial flow, and handle any difficulties smoothly without the interlocutor noticing.

  • Engage effortlessly in conversations, picking up on non-verbal cues, intonation, and effortlessly incorporating your contribution into joint discourse.

  • Create coherent and cohesive discourse by using a wide variety of organizational patterns, connectors, and cohesive devices effectively.

🗣️ Example:
“After analyzing the current market trends, I can confidently say that companies must pivot their strategies to stay ahead of the curve. The rapidly changing landscape demands not just adaptation, but also foresight. While many businesses are simply reacting, those that thrive will be those who anticipate shifts and prepare accordingly. It's clear that embracing innovation and fostering a culture of continuous learning are essential. Furthermore, as we look towards the future, we must consider the impact of emerging technologies on both our industry and society at large. It’s crucial to remain proactive, rather than reactive, in shaping our trajectory.”
